Customer Issue: Old opener.
Our Solution: This customer's opener was no longer able to properly power his heavy wind-loaded doors. We replaced it with a new Marantec Synergy 380 that was specifically made for supporting heavier doors. The model we installed used a belt-drive, and the customer was really impressed with how smooth and silent his new opener was.

Customer Issue: Misaligned safety sensors.
Our Solution: After testing the door's safety sensors it was immediately clear that they'd become misaligned. Our technician quickly repositioned them and then checked to make sure they were properly detecting an obstacle and that the door was reversing the way that it was supposed to.

Customer Issue: Garage door came off track.
Our Solution: We remounted the door after securing the bolts of the tracks and making sure there was no further damage.

Customer Issue: Needed a new opener.
Our Solution: We helped with the selection and the chosen model was Chamberlain WD962KEV. The service included installation and programming.

Customer Issue: Broken torsion spring.
Our Solution: As the other spring was reaching his end, we replaced both springs with a new torsion set and tested the door.
